spiritual advice from a barbarian lunatic

Hi. My name is Christopher and I have created something which is close to my heart.

Sometimes things change and before we know it everything is different. During my personal development I discovered spirituality as a tool to induce change and become the person I would like to be. Some trials I have faced, while others are yet to come. I stand atop the pinnacle of my consciousness and bring to you the insights I have gathered during my journey. The aim of this podcast is to enable you to work on your own. The aim of this podcast is to give you the key to your analytical mind by unmasking various layers of lies which surround us. Whether it is the industries benefit of creating the story of a killer-virus or the terrible and untrue things you tell yourself when you are alone in your room.I was alone a lot and I found ways to deal with my depression and with some of my self-destructive behaviour and habits. I started a YouTube Channel, which will be accompanying the Podcast. Here you will be able to find everything and nothing, but mainly this or that. Confused? Me too!
The truth is, I have only started recently with this Channel. The plan is, to include all sorts of inspirational and creative videos, on my sports routine, cooking and many other subjects.

Feel free to take a look and discover my world through your own eyes.

Music to discover

I would like to give you some music recommendations to assist you with your own personal ceremonies. When you look at my Spotify profile, you will find a couple of playlists which I recently started. Some of them are still growing and others might stay this way or simply pose as an inspiration to look for alternatives. The music we listen to often reflects our current emotional state, but they can also keep us trapped in our past. When you follow your own path, I advise you to rediscover yourself and the music you like to listen to. Click on this button to have a look at some of my music: Spotify
